What We Offer
Mover/Lumper Pay Rates: $15-$18
Moving Crew Supervisor: $18-$25 (Quarterly Pay Bonus)
- Competitive Pay-including tips and raises yearly based on performance and attendance. Experience will move you up immediately.

Job Responsibilities
- Make a positive first impression - smile, handshake, take direction under the lead moving supervisor for that move.
- Do a walkthrough of the home, business prior to loading up and after loading up.
- Communicate the game plan clearly with the customer and your team if needed.
- Safely pack, wrap, load, unload, and unwrap the customer’s belongings.
- Help with preparing trucks each morning and after moves to make sure proper equipment is on board for each move.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Stamina and ability to lift 50-250 plus lbs. repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking etc.
- Good hand-eye coordination
