What We Offer

Mover Pay Rates: $15-$18

Moving Crew Supervisor: $17-$25

• Competitive Pay-including tips and raises yearly based on performance and attendance. Experience will move you up immediately.
• Flexible scheduling

Job Responsibilities

• Make a positive first impression - smile, handshake, take direction under the lead moving supervisor for that move.
• Do a walkthrough of the home, business prior to loading up and after loading up.
  
• Communicate the game plan clearly with the customer and your team if needed.
  
• Safely pack, wrap, load, unload, and unwrap the customer’s belongings.
• Help with preparing trucks each morning and after moves to make sure proper equipment is on board for each move.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Stamina and ability to lift 50-250 plus lbs. repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking etc.
• Good hand-eye coordination
